THE OUTCOME
We worked with Suavs to design and deploy all campaigns/eblasts sent out (usually around 2 a week) using Klaviyo. The results were designs consistent with their visual identity, that also kept the audience engaged which we measured with good across-industry conversion and click-through rates.
We ended up bringing in an average of 11% of added revenue a month through generalized, master-list campaigns alone (no automation over-hauls etc.,). Comparing our campaigns with the brand’s previous campaign sends, we also enjoyed an uptick in engagement KPIs as compared to previous sends - usually at a range of 2-5x.
After working with the brand for some months, a hefty investment gain of around 50% annualized ROI was realized through email-attributed income alone.
